Requirements
- Read and Interpret Customer Prints and Specifications
- Setup and Operate CNC Lathes with Live Tooling
- Work with Large Dimensions: Handle parts up to 24" in diameter and 125" in length.
- Make Offsets and Perform Light Program Editing
- Follow Company Work Orders and Instructions
- Measure Parts with Basic Equipment: Ensure precision by measuring parts with tools like micrometers, dial calipers, thread gages, and verniers.
- Adaptability: Be ready to take on additional tasks as assigned by management to support our team's success.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, demonstrating your expertise and precision.
- Perform dry-runs on new programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly before production.
- Inspect parts meticulously to meet customer prints and specifications.
- Use an overhead hoist or jib crane to safely and efficiently load and unload steel from the machine.
