About The Position
TekPro is a direct-hire recruiting firm partnered with leading manufacturers. We’re hiring CNC Lathe Machinists to join a clean, climate-controlled, high-growth facility. This role is ideal for someone who can handle setups, run independently, and take pride in quality work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of CNC lathe / turning experience
- Experience with setups, offsets, and troubleshooting
- Strong blueprint reading & inspection skills
- Ability to work independently and run multiple machines
Nice To Haves
- CNC training or certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform CNC lathe setups (standard to moderately complex) and make offsets
- Run parts to tight tolerances and maintain quality standards
- Read blueprints & GD&T and follow job travelers
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gaging tools for inspection
- Monitor machines, replace tooling, and perform basic maintenance
- Deburr and finish parts as needed
