Requirements
- 2+ years of CNC lathe experience (setup and operation)
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience holding tight tolerances
- Familiarity with Fanuc or similar controls
- Ability to work independently on 2nd shift
- Proficient in GD&T
- Proficient in CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- Proficient in Machine Setups for Production Runs
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Maintain high quality standards and documentation
- Troubleshoot machining issues and keep production moving
