About The Position

Krones is seeking a top-performing CNC Integrex Machinist to operate their Integrex Machines in the Lathe Department. This role involves performing complex machine operations, including setup and programming, to meet precise tolerances and finishing requirements. It is suited for a skilled machinist experienced in a low volume/high mix, complex, and precision environment. Responsibilities include reading and editing G&M code, conducting first piece and in-process quality inspections, mazatroling parts at the machine, and maintaining 5s of the work area. The machinist will be fully responsible for setup and will collaborate closely with the first shift operator and programming team to resolve potential issues.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Mazatrol conversational programming knowledge required.
3-5 years of CNC Mazak Integrex or 3-axis lathe experience required.
Experience running different grades of material and performing multiple set-ups per day required.
Willingness to be flexible and run more than one machine is required.
Strong math skills and the ability to work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications to perform operations to the capacity of the machine and controls.

Nice To Haves

Advanced education or apprenticeship preferred.
Knowledge of Mazak Quick Turns and Integrex machines is preferred.
