About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Frame Builder with a strong background in frame construction, ideally with plywood experience. The role requires the ability to work diligently for extended periods, handle significant physical demands, and collaborate effectively within a team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hand-eye coordination, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a demanding environment. Attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to punctuality are essential. The position may require overtime, including weekend work.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Frame Building experience.
• Ability to work continuously for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting of 25-50 lbs independently.
• Ability to work closely with team members.
• Ability to work in loud environments while wearing hearing protection at all times.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Organized and able to multi-task.
• Ability to complete job duties in a timely manner.
• Ability to pay close attention to details.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work and make decisions with minimum supervision.
