About The Position

The CNC Frame Builder is responsible for operating CNC machinery to construct frames. This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of frame building experience, with a preference for plywood experience. The position involves working continuously for at least 8 hours per day, handling heavy lifting (25-50 lbs), and collaborating closely with team members. The environment can be loud, requiring the use of hearing protection at all times. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask are crucial for timely completion of job duties. Effective communication skills, an excellent attendance record, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are also essential. Overtime, including potential Saturday work, may be required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Frame Building experience
• Ability to work continuously for a minimum of 8 hours per day
• Ability to handle heavy lifting 25 - 50 lbs by yourself
• Ability to work closely with team members
• Ability to work in loud environments while wearing hearing protection at all times
• Good hand eye coordination
• Organized and able to multi-task
