About The Position

Crescent Point at Niantic is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join its Assisted Living Care team. The role delivers care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The CNA assists residents with daily living, documents care, reports changes in residents’ health or behavior, engages residents in activities, and provides emotional support and meaningful customer service.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
