About The Position

Riddle Village, a continuing care retirement community, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join its nursing team. The CNA’s primary purpose is to provide direct physical, emotional, and social care to residents of the healthcare building, helping ensure residents are happy, safe, and well cared for. The role is suited to friendly, sociable candidates who enjoy working with older adults, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong customer service skills. The role offers full-time and PRN openings with 12-hour shifts. Available schedules are 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. The posting notes a schedule of working one weekend every four weeks and states that shift differentials are available. Starting rates are $21.64–$22.61 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Possess a current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Be enthusiastic about working with older adults.
Be friendly and sociable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills.
