About The Position

Requirements

• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Assistant certification, or ability to obtain it as required by regulation.
• A service-oriented attitude and team spirit.
• Initiative in solving problems and improving things.
• Friendliness and courtesy toward residents, families, and coworkers.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate or equivalent is desired.
• One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant, is preferred.
• Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections.
