About The Position

Maurina Homecare Agency, a nurse-led homecare agency, is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs to support seniors in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The role involves helping clients with personal care and everyday activities, providing companionship, supporting safe mobility, and assisting with household tasks and medication reminders. Caregivers document care and communicate clients’ needs. Schedules are flexible based on available cases, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities. Starting pay is $16 per hour; an evaluation and raise are offered after 90 days.

Requirements

• Be compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Have CNA/PCA certification or relevant caregiving experience.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to follow individualized care plans.
• Have current CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Document care and communicate client needs.
