About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for its 60-bed Marshall Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Marshall, Michigan. CNAs provide compassionate resident care according to individualized Care Plans and support residents’ daily activities, personal care, and safety. The role emphasizes infection control, accurate documentation, promptly reporting concerns or Residents’ Bill of Rights violations, and a positive, team-focused approach.

The posting lists full-time and part-time opportunities. Full-time openings are on second shift; part-time openings are on first and second shifts. An every-other-weekend third-shift option is also listed. Shifts are eight hours. The posted pay is $23.90 per hour, with a separate third-shift pay listing of $20.50 per hour plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care, and support resident safety.
• Follow all infection control procedures.
• Accurately document vital signs and other required information.
• Immediately report any concern or violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
• Support residents and the care team with a positive, team-focused attitude.
