About The Position
Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The role involves supporting residents with daily living needs, documenting and communicating changes in health or behavior, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support and exceptional service. The position is listed as full time, with hours from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Requirements
- Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
