About The Position

Dakota Alpha is a 20-bed skilled nursing facility in Mandan, North Dakota, specializing in rehabilitation for individuals with traumatic brain injuries. The facility takes a person-centered approach grounded in dignity, respect, and helping each individual reach their full potential. The Certified Nursing Assistant provides compassionate care that supports residents’ independence and respects their dignity. This is a PRN position with a requirement to work at least one shift per month.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Certified Nurse Assistant certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to collaborate and contribute as an active, positive team member.
• Must work at least one shift per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Follow individualized care plans to provide quality, person-centered care.
• Promptly communicate concerns or changes in residents’ needs to nursing staff.
