About The Position
Dakota Alpha is a 20-bed skilled nursing facility in Mandan, North Dakota, specializing in rehabilitation for individuals with traumatic brain injuries. It is the only facility of its kind in North Dakota. The facility takes a person-centered approach, emphasizing dignity, respect, and helping each individual reach their full potential. The Certified Nursing Assistant provides compassionate care to residents and supports their independence. This is a PRN position requiring at least one shift per month.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute as an active, positive team member.
- Must work at least one shift per month.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
- Follow individualized care plans to provide quality, person-centered care.
- Promptly communicate concerns or changes in residents’ needs to nursing staff.
