About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a CNA (Travel) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Steamboat Springs, CO. This is a contract position for 13 weeks, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. The shift is a Night Shift (Variable) with 8s, 10s, or 16s, totaling 40 hours per week. The pay is $1,339 per week.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification required
- QMAP certification required
- Basic patient care and medication administration knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and overall care support
- Administer medications per QMAP guidelines
- Document medication administration and patient updates accurately
- Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
