About The Position

Requirements

• Active Colorado QMAP certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to safely administer medications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work variable night shifts
• Ability to work independently in clinical settings

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per Colorado QMAP regulations
• Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility)
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition
• Perform vital signs and basic clinical support tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams on care plans
• Ensure patient safety, dignity, and comfort
• Maintain clean and safe patient environment
• Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly
