Part Time Evenings CNA for At-Home With Oaknoll
About The Position
Oaknoll Retirement Residence is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join its At-Home with Oaknoll team. This part-time role provides one-on-one care to residents in their homes and around Oaknoll campuses, helping them maintain their independence and building personal connections. Duties may include driving to residents’ homes in the community and taking residents to appointments, errands, or other meetings. Evening hours are available, with exact hours varying according to resident needs. Some holiday and weekend work is required. Starting wages are $19.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be certified on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry.
Nice To Haves
- A valid driver's license and a clean certified driving record, to be provided before hire, are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to residents in their homes and around Oaknoll campuses.
- Develop personal connections with residents.
- Help residents maintain their independence for as long as possible.
- Drive to residents’ homes in the community as needed.
- Transport residents to appointments, errands, and other meetings.
