About The Position
The James L. West Center for Dementia Care is a single-site facility specializing in dementia care, with 100 beds across five living areas. The center emphasizes high staffing ratios and teamwork so staff can provide quality care and build familiarity with residents and teammates. Employees receive regular updates from the administrative team about COVID-19 and policy changes. Full-time openings are available on day and night shifts. The center uses 12-hour shifts and a two-week rotating schedule that provides every other weekend off. The facility also operates a free CNA training program and pays students an hourly wage while they train; graduates move into PRN or full-time positions.
