About The Position

The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking a hospitality-minded, full-time CNA/Care Partner for its Somerfield Health Center, a 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility on the campus of The Heritage at Brentwood in Tennessee. The facility provides residents with dignity, comfort, support, and activity, and offers families peace of mind. The role provides quality nursing care to senior residents with a range of injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. The listed first-shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with base pay of $21 per hour. Full-time positions only; PRN positions are not available. Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening are required.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee is required.
• Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening are required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to senior residents.
• Administer care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Help residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.
• Feed residents and ensure they take their medications.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs.
