About The Position
Brookdale is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), called a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Ohio, to provide seniors with personalized care in a residential community. The role works with community management, supports residents with dining and personal care, checks vital signs, and performs clinical procedures according to community policy. Requirements
- Successfully complete a State CNA/STNA course.
- Maintain CNA/STNA certification.
Responsibilities
- Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care.
- Give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal care needs.
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing and grooming.
