About The Position
The Alice Center is seeking a part-time evening-shift Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive skilled nursing environment in Malone, New York. The facility features small, home-like neighborhoods designed to support residents’ dignity, privacy, and connection. The role offers a base rate of $23.19–$29.75 per hour, plus a $5.50 evening-shift differential. This is a bargaining union position.
Requirements
- CNA certification in New York State.
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Provide compassionate care and accurately document activities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet resident needs.
