About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is hiring Full-Time CNAs for their 2pm-10pm shift with a rotating weekend schedule and their 10pm-6am shift with a rotating weekend schedule. Skylake Post Acute is one of the largest skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Colorado, specializing in rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. They are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join their team and make a difference in residents' lives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10th grade education
- Current CPR certification
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of Colorado
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check

- Experience in LTC/SNF
