About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM. This position requires a commitment of 36 hours with an every-other-weekend (EOW) schedule as needed. Candidates must possess an active Alaska Compact certification, and temporary certifications will not be accepted.

Requirements

• Valid Alaska Compact certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Temporary certifications will not be accepted.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Help with mobility and transferring residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
