About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for various shifts at our long-term care facilities located in the region. CNAs will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Department of Aging Fingerprint Clearance letter.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charting using Matrix.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
