About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for a fulfilling 13-week assignment. The schedule includes night shifts, specifically from 6 PM to 7 AM, with a guaranteed 48 hours of work per week. Our patient care ratio is 1:12.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Ability to work night shifts and be available for overtime as needed.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Document patient care and activities accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to contribute to patient care planning.
