About The Position
RVNAhealth is offering a tuition-free Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program starting July 30th, 2026. This 3-week course, held at our Learning Center in Ridgefield, is designed to prepare students for the Connecticut CNA Exam. Upon successful completion and passing the exam, graduates will have the opportunity to join the RVNAhealth team. A condition of the free training is a one-year commitment to work for RVNAhealth post-completion; failure to do so will result in full payment for the training course.

- Pass background check
- Residents of Fairfield County Only
- Drivers Only
- Submit to a pre-employment physical/drug screen and background check (which may include fingerprinting, verification of employment, paraprofessional certifications, designations or licenses, and educational background).
