About The Position
RVNAhealth is launching a tuition-free CNA school, a significant milestone in their mission to provide high-quality care and offer individuals a rewarding career in healthcare. This 3-week course, held in their state-of-the-art Learning Center in Ridgefield, demonstrates their commitment to fostering education and professional growth within the community. The program is designed to thoroughly prepare students for the Connecticut CNA Exam. Upon successful completion, graduates have the opportunity to join the RVNAhealth team. A condition of participation is a commitment to work for RVNAhealth for one year after course completion; failure to do so will result in full payment for the training course.
Requirements
- Pass background check.
- Must be a resident of Fairfield County.
- Must be a driver.
- Submit to a pre-employment physical/drug screen.
- Fingerprinting.
- Verification of employment.
- Verification of paraprofessional certifications, designations or licenses.
- Verification of educational background.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 3-week CNA training course.
- Pass the Connecticut CNA Exam.
- Work for RVNAhealth for one year after course completion.
