About The Position

The CNA Trainee program prepares participants to become a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Training includes online classes that can be completed at the participant’s convenience within a two-week period, along with in-person clinicals. Participants are paid during training.

The position performs support functions to assist with the care of residents, including helping with daily living activities and following residents’ care plans.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to make simple calculations.
• Ability to follow oral or written instructions.

• A high school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living.
• Answer call lights.
