About The Position

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Two forms of ID (one must be a valid Social Security Card, and the other must be a government-issued photo ID)
- TB (PPD) Skin Test
- Up-to-date physicals (within 1 year)
- Hepatitis B Vaccine or signed waiver
- Criminal background check from your local police department
