About The Position
Lexington Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs and Resident Assistants to provide personalized care and support that helps residents maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. CNA certification is desirable but not required. The role involves getting to know residents and providing individualized support according to their needs and preferences. Positions are part-time and PRN/casual, with opportunities across day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Shift differentials may be available for eligible shifts. The position requires the ability to perform its essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.
- Ability to safely use applicable resident transfer and mobility equipment.

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CNA certification is desirable but not required.
- Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living.
- Provide care according to each resident's Individual Service Plan (ISP).
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
- Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
- Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report concerns.
- Accurately document resident care and services.
- Assist with medications when appropriately trained and delegated.
- Follow resident-rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements.
- Participate in required meetings and training.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
