About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) to provide direct, one-on-one care to medically fragile children and young adults in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The role is available for full-time and part-time shifts. CNAs work flexible, predictable schedules and receive clinical support at any time of day or night. The stated pay range is $15–$18.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Certified Nursing Aide I or II certification.
• Provide a copy of a TB test, current CPR, and valid state identification.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have good emotional health.
• Be able to tolerate standing, bending, and lifting within state guidelines and provided training.
• Be able to read and follow written instructions and document care as directed.
• Demonstrate a cooperative attitude toward providing services.
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have the physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
• Provide range-of-motion activities.
• Provide bolus feeding.
• Perform catheterization.
• Provide oral and nasal suctioning.
• Administer oxygen.
• Read and follow written instructions and document care as directed.
• Provide direct, one-on-one care to medically fragile individuals.
