About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and qualified Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on compassionate care, meaningful relationships, and making a lasting impact on patients and families. Angels of Care is a clinically led organization that has served the medically fragile community since 2000. Caregivers assist with activities of daily living, mobility, comfort, and safety; follow care plans and caregiver instructions; document care; and communicate observations or concerns to clinical staff. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling based on availability and consistent one-on-one assignments. Day, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, or proof of completion of an approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current TB test or screening as required.
- Valid government-issued identification.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
- Ability to document care accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care.
- Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities.
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a home care environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises and mobility activities.
- Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
- Document care as required.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
- Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.
