About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Burlington, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The organization is clinically led and has served the medically fragile community since 2000. Caregivers provide compassionate care, build meaningful relationships with patients and families, and support patient outcomes. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling based on availability and dependable hours. Day, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available. Consistent one-on-one assignments and 24/7 clinical support are offered. A resume must be submitted to be considered.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current TB test or screening as required.
- Valid government-issued identification.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
- Ability to document care accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care.
- Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities.
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a home care environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises and mobility activities.
- Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
- Document care as required.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
- Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.
