CNA / PCA / Resident Assistant – Assisted Living

As a Resident Assistant, you'll provide hands-on care to residents in our Memory Care and/or Ensemble neighborhoods under the direction of our Resident Services Director, helping maintain a warm, safe, and engaging environment.
Requirements
- 18+ years old (or valid CNA)
- 1+ year related healthcare experience required
- Dementia training required for Ensemble Program communities (training provided)
- Clean criminal background check
- Must comply with our Drug-Free Workplace policy
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification (or as required by state)
- CNA or NA license/certification, in good standing if applicable
- Experience with computerized resident documentation systems
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and associates with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, incontinence care, and linens
- Maintain accurate care records and document services provided per resident service plans
- Coordinate closely with the Resident Services team for continuity of care
- Help promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors
- Support daily programming and operations of the neighborhood
