About The Position

RoseWood Village Greenbrier is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our team! No CNA certification? That's okay! We're looking for compassionate, dependable people who have a heart for seniors and want to make a difference every day. As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant, you'll help our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported while encouraging them to maintain as much independence as possible.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and training

Nice To Haves

• Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care, PCA or CNA experience is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility
• Provide medication reminders as permitted
• Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines
• Respond to resident needs and call systems
• Document the care and services you provide
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Work alongside our resident care team to provide consistent, compassionate care
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents
