About The Position

Spring Arbor Senior Living is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs & HHAs near Frederick, MD. We are building a team that feels like family and are looking for individuals who want to make a real difference in residents' lives every day. This role provides hands-on resident care under the supervision of the Resident Services Director in our Memory Care and/or Ensemble neighborhoods, helping create a warm, safe, and positive environment for our residents.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related health care experience
Ability to pass a criminal background screening
Willingness to complete dementia care training (for Ensemble Program communities)
Ability to comply with our Drug-Free Workplace policy

Responsibilities

Greet residents and coworkers in a friendly, service-oriented manner
Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care
Maintain accurate resident service plans and document care provided
Communicate daily with the care team to ensure continuity of care
Help maintain a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors
Support programming and day-to-day operations of the neighborhood
Additional duties as assigned
