CNA / PCA / Caregiver (Currently Certified or Experienced)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Waverly, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company describes its work as client-driven, with a mission to support communities, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and provide purpose-driven work for its Care Family. Schedules can be built around the caregiver and may include day, night, and weekend shifts. The position offers paid in-service training, ongoing training, clinical support from the nursing team, overtime opportunities, performance bonuses, employee recognition programs, and a $500 referral bonus. Care Advantage notes nearly 40 years of service to families across the Mid-Atlantic and that it is one of the largest privately owned home care companies in the region.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Two professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
