About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Sandston, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company’s mission is to support aging adults in living life to the fullest, serve local communities, and support its Care Family in purpose-driven work. The schedule is flexible and may include day, night, and weekend shifts, with schedules built around employees. Applicants may be currently certified or experienced.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Two professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
- Currently certified or experienced, as indicated in the job title.
