About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in the Richmond Metro area and surrounding areas. The company seeks caring, respectful, and dependable people who want to support aging adults and help them live life to the fullest. The schedule can be built around the caregiver and includes day, night, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Currently hold CNA or PCA certification, or have caregiving experience.
