CNA / PCA / Caregiver (Currently Certified or Experienced)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Bumpass, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company’s mission is to lift up the communities it serves, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support its Care Family in purpose-driven work. The role offers flexible scheduling, with shifts including days, nights, and weekends; schedules are built around caregivers’ availability. The company provides clinical support from its nursing team and paid training. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
- Two professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
- Currently certified or experienced, as indicated in the job title.
