About The Position
Franklin County Memorial Hospital has an immediate opening for a full-time CNA or Nursing Assistant. The position follows a 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts. The employee provides basic patient care and assists patients with daily activities such as eating and bathing.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work as part of a medical team.
- Computer entry skills.
- Proper body mechanics and ability to lift 25 pounds.
- For CNA candidates: current Mississippi CNA license.
- Current BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is preferred for Nursing Assistant candidates.
