About The Position
The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and reports changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN, while documenting care in the POC system. The role requires travel to facilities within a designated Benedictine region as needed. The CNA-NAR (Float) uses time management and prioritization skills and helps ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices in their lives. Associates must work six shifts within 90 days of their first shadow shift.
Requirements
- Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hold BLS certification.
- Be able to travel to multiple facilities within the designated region.
