About The Position
The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care across multiple facilities in a designated Benedictine region as needed. The role supports residents’ dignity, respect, and choices, reports changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN, and documents care in the POC system. It requires travel between facilities and effective time management and task prioritization. Benedictine is a nonprofit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Travel to facilities and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required or needed.
