About The Position

The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care, treats residents with dignity and respect, and supports residents’ choices. The position travels to multiple facilities and provides care within a designated Benedictine region as needed. The role includes reporting changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN and charting in the POC system, while managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Hold BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care while ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices within their lives.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
• Chart in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
• Travel to multiple facilities and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required or needed.
