About The Position

A full-time, short-term live-in caregiving assignment in Louisville, Kentucky, providing one-on-one support to a client. The caregiver will assist the client with getting up and ready for the day and provide compassionate help throughout daily routines. The role requires living in the client’s home for the duration of the assignment and being comfortable in a home with dogs. Pay is $215 per day.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or CNA experience required.
• Must be comfortable living in the client's home for the duration of the assignment.
• Must be a dog lover and comfortable working in a home with dogs.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Active CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with getting up and ready for the day.
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare light meals and assist with daily activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor the client's well-being and report any changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow the established care plan and document care as needed.
