About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to travel to multiple facilities and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as needed. The position partners with teams of associates and residents to support Benedictine’s reputation for caring for people’s loved ones. Benedictine is a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica, guided by the core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. Requirements
- Hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Possess the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required or needed.
