About The Position
The RN/LPN (Float) provides quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to meet residents’ varied needs at Benedictine communities within a designated region. The position requires travel to multiple facilities as required or needed. The role is part of Benedictine, a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica and guided by the values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
Requirements
- Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial data collection on all residents.
- Use the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
- Travel to facilities within the designated Benedictine region and provide care as required or needed.
