About The Position
Spring House Estates is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Med Tech to work in its assisted living neighborhood in Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania. The role provides direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while respecting confidentiality and collaborating with the care team. The employee may perform tasks permitted by their certification and Acts policy when delegated by a licensed nurse and after successfully validating the relevant competencies. The position is per diem, with all shifts available. The listed pay range is $23.20 per hour; the starting rate may vary based on skills and experience.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current CPR certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
- Current state certification for medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Respect resident confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Perform tasks allowed by the employee’s certification and Acts policy when delegated by a licensed nurse and after successful competency validation.
