About The Position
Acts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Med Tech to work in its assisted living neighborhood. The role provides direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while respecting confidentiality and collaborating with the care team. The employee may perform duties permitted by their certification and Acts policy when delegated by a licensed nurse and after successfully validating the relevant competencies. This is a full-time position with a 3–11 shift. The pay range is $17.30–$21.92 per hour; the starting rate varies based on skills and experience.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current CPR certification or eligibility for CPR certification.
- Current state certification for medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Respect resident confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Perform tasks permitted by certification and Acts policy, as delegated by a licensed nurse, after successful competency validation.
