About The Position
Acts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Med Tech to work in its assisted living neighborhood. The role provides direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while respecting confidentiality and collaborating with the team. The employee may perform tasks permitted by their certification and Acts policy when delegated by the licensed nurse, after successfully validating the required competencies. This is a full-time position with a 3–11 shift. Requirements
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current CPR certification or eligibility for CPR certification.
- Current state certification for medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Respect resident confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Perform tasks permitted by certification and Acts policy when delegated by the licensed nurse, following successful validation of competencies.
